When I’m on a t-break from the devil’s lettuce, these work VERY good. I take 1 if I’m already relaxed and ready to lay down, 2 if I’m not. However when I’m regularly toking it up, I don’t really notice if these work, even if I haven’t smoked that same day. I still love them, and I still use them daily!

I’ve been consuming big-name cbd tinctures for about 5 years and I‘ve always just kind of trusted that it would do something for me but I’ve never noticed it actually working. Now I take two of these about an hour before I tuck into bed and I notice that I’m actually sleepy, and I get a good restful sleep without waking up feeling like a zombie. I also work overnights and it’s difficult for me to wind down and fall asleep in the morning. When I take these I don’t seem to have any issues with that. I will definitely switch to subscribe and save next time I order :) SO worth the price and they are very affordable compared to other brands!
