Easily worth it.
A very high quality tray, but it's not only aesthetic. It's very nicely made, but more important than that is function. It's tool and the corner carved for pouring are very helpful, along with the wood surface, management and manipulation on the tray is much easier. It's very much worth the money, if you care about having nice tools.
