    CHA-LA HEAD CHA-LA!

    imma be honest this was my first time buying a bong online and saw people saying it arrived broken that made me so worried but ! i came in perfect! as someone who looks online for stuff they buy theyre wasnt much of this bong but trust me this bong is awesome! nice clean hits and its amazing!

    Hits great but arrived broken twice

    Hemper was super helpful in making sure I finally got a product in one piece. Hopefully it was bad postal work and not sign of weakness at the base only time will tell.

    Ah!

    First order came broken which was a bit of a letdown, but they made it up by replacing with a new bong and credit for an item that didn’t arrive due to it being out of stock. The order did take longer to arrive than I would have preferred but the quality of the actual products makes up for the late arrival in my opinion. Very happy with the rig altogether, makes my inner anime nerd ecstatic and the rip is pretty smooth which makes the stoner part of me happy as well. Yay hemper!

    Great Customer Service, got a replacement

    I had an issue with the construction of my wish ball piece. My partner and I had a piece that had a very thin stem. When we sat it down it ended up snapping. Hemper's customer service was great and gave us a replacement. Great service 10/10
