The rig performs well snd is fairly easy to clean. The water chamber is a lot smaller than I expected and it is not round like a ball but more like an M&M.
Satisfied though, quick shipment.

Sweet rig .. but base is a little to small , could be tipped over easily , would suggest adding a silicon removable base . This would take this rig to a 5 star rating

I bought this to replace the rig I broke. Just one year later and the whole design is smaller. Description says 7.5 inches, it’s smaller than a Subway 6in
I only have tut a high score so you all will be able to see this. Hemper went up in prices and quality went down.

Had some issues with this recently purchased item but customer service was extremely helpful. Even though the first one came with some damage, the right replacement made it to me but in a smaller size but nonetheless it’s a good rig. Amazing customer service and website. I’ve purchased a few times previously and it went well!

They sent me the wrong piece but it was still good, definitely not as good as the one in the picture which I had previously until it broke leading me to purchase another but oh well, still love it

I love the mouthpiece, design and how far away the bowl is from your face. No more singed eyelashes or brows. Amazing piece all around!!!! 10/10
